With over 12 years of experience in the field, Ms. Sakshi Arora specializes in providing personalized therapy tailored to each client's unique needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, Ms. Arora offers a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards a more fulfilling life.

In the last 12 years of she has provided consulting to more than 1000+ clients and have helped them live a mindful and stress free life. Ms. Arora was previously based at Switzerland and currently based in India. Over the years she has been providing her counselling to European, Indian and other multinational clients.
